1. Swab - Thoroughly swab back of patients throat to obtain specimen.

2. Combine - Squeeze diluent (white cap) into plastic tube. Pinch tube to extract specimen. Cap with dropper tip.

3. Incubate - Squeeze contents of plastic tube into reagents vial. Cap and incubate 20 minutes.

4. Results - Add stop reagent (red cap). Pipette entire contents into device and read. Blue color indicates presence of flu virus.
