He previously served as the Managing Director of Cortec Group, a private equity investment firm , from 1996 to 1998. From 1990 to 1996, he served as President and CEO of Seymour Housewares Corporation. Mr. Proulx served as President of Wilkinson Sword Limited from 1984 to 1990.
